You will:
- Identify and secure top talent using advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, CRM, AI platforms)
- Own the recruitment lifecycle - from first contact through to successful placement
- Build and manage strategic talent pipelines in high-demand pharma and biotech roles
- Work closely with account managers to deliver against client deadlines and targets
- Compete to fill challenging roles in a tight market
- Contribute to LSC's growth by expanding high-quality candidate networks
- Develop long-term relationships with high-performing professionals and global clients
- You consistently deliver strong candidate shortlists under pressure
- You build a reputation as someone who gets results
- You develop deep expertise in a high-value, technical market
- You grow your ability to influence, negotiate, and close
- 3rd level qualification (Business, Science, Engineering, or Psychology)
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or recruitment (2+ years ideal)
- Strong drive to compete, achieve targets, and progress
