Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and transport soiled linens from guest rooms and service areas to the laundry facility
- Distribute clean linens to housekeeping storage areas and ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Organize and maintain linen rooms in a clean, tidy, and orderly condition
- Assist housekeeping staff with linen-related requests promptly
- Monitor linen inventory and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Ensure proper handling and care of linens to minimize loss and damage
- Operate laundry equipment safely if required (in-house laundry)
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with general housekeeping duties when needed
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina (role involves lifting, bending, and standing for long periods)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
