  • Managing safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery, championing wellbeing and inclusive culture.
  • Overseeing end‑to‑end programme management, ensuring alignment with client vision and key milestones.
  • Managing budgets responsibly, driving ethical, sustainable outcomes and shaping long‑term strategic direction.
  • Developing and empower teams, fostering collaboration, innovation and best‑practice excellence across stakeholders.
  • Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timeframes, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Driving collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams, managing senior stakeholders and project governance.
  • Providing strategic expertise, continuous improvement and leadership to teams, aligning delivery with Mace’s strategic priorities.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Ability to obtain security clearance within the client's organisation.
  • Experience delivering projects in a live, sensitive environment.
  • Experience delivering projects in listed buildings.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator, effective with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative organised and able to train others while managing processes independently.
