Hiring: Corporate Finance Senior Manager | Dublin

An established and highly regarded boutique advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its growing Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across M&A and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of transactions
• Build financial models, perform valuations, and develop client-ready materials
• Conduct market and industry research to support origination and deal delivery
• Assist with transaction documentation and coordinate with clients and advisors
• Contribute to business development and participate in client engagements

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of Irish or UK market is advantageous
• ACA/CFA qualification preferred
