As a Sales Development Representative, you will jumpstart your sales career by connecting with technical innovators across a variety of industries, qualifying high volumes of inbound leads, and uncovering new business opportunities. You will play a key role in fuelling our growth—working with end users and decision-makers to help our sales team reach new height MathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates diversity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence. ResponsibilitiesRole & responsibilities~
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and revenue.
- Qualify inbound web and marketing leads.
- Generate new business through outbound calls.
- Apply product and industry knowledge to identify sales opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
- Accurately track customer info and activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with peers and across teamsto achieve goals.
- Leverage internal resources to enhance qualification skills.
- Contribute to meetings focused on advancing the sales cycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
Additional QualificationsAdditional qualifications~
- Master’s degree preferred.
- German and English fluency (C1 level).
- Strong verbal and written communication, including excellent phone skills and attention to detail.
- Additional language skills highly beneficial.
