Matrix Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing global technology company in Waterford to recruit an Enterprise Solutions Manager for their expanding Global Sales Team. This permanent role will drive international growth through new customer acquisition, strategic engagement with multinational organisations, and full lifecycle sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities within multinational organisations.
• Deliver tailored discovery calls, product demos, presentations, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage deal progression while maintaining accurate CRM data (HubSpot).
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and global trade shows.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales or enterprise solutions experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or telecoms.
• Strong ability to identify, engage, and independently close new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous) and willing to travel occasionally.
