Role Description

We are seeking a full-time OTC Sales Assistant to join our team at our Corrib store. This on-site role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice on over-the-counter products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining well-organized stock, managing displays, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also entails collaborating with team members to uphold the pharmacy's excellent customer service standards and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven customer service and sales experience with the ability to meet customer needs and achieve department goals.
• Excellent organization skills to manage inventory and ensure properly maintained product displays.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a proactive and approachable attitude.
• Previous experience in the pharmacy, retail, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.

We also have vacancy for just a part timer who can do Saturdays or may be some random days in the month for cover.
