Matrix Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading manufacturing company in the building products sector to recruit an Estimating & Contracts Coordinator. This permanent role is based in Kilkenny and offers hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 from home) once training is complete. You will play a key role in supporting tenders, contract management, pricing accuracy, and commercial reporting within a growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare costings, quotes, and tender documentation for customer proposals.
• Manage contract records, renewals, correspondence, and compliance requirements.
• Analyse pricing, costing, and performance data to support margin improvement.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Sales, and Project teams while maintaining accurate ERP/CRM data.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and market/competitor research.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in estimating, contracts administration, or commercial coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and interpret trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or contract management systems.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
