You will have the opportunity to develop and implement processes to drive efficiencies for the entire team. Support travel arrangements and expense management for the leadership team. Establish & support both management and individual team meetings. Coordinate logistics for internal and external events & site visitors. Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders. Manage holidays and admin across the team as needed. The Acute Care & Monitoring Operating Unit is committed to excellence in innovation and commercialization to pursue our vision and long-term business growth. This will require enhancing our innovation processes, refining our design and delivery approaches to deliver an integrated and comprehensive portfolio that enables product development excellence across ACM. - Supports travel arrangements and expense management for the leadership team.
- Establishes & supports both management and individual team meetings.
- Coordinates logistics for internal and external events & site visitors.
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
Key Skills & Experience
- Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education. Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Organizational, presentation and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within a large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
