Role Description

There are three full-time on-site roles for a Client Service Executives, located in Limerick & Dublin. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day client services, maintaining business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and performing client relations tasks. The role involves regular analytic activities to better understand and meet client needs. The Client Service Executive will also continuously work towards enhancing customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
