Human Resources Advisor
Job Description
Posted on: June 4, 2026
We are working exclusively on behalf of a global, purpose-driven Not-For-Profit organization to find a resilient, forward-thinking HR Advisor. Reporting directly to an inspiring, highly supportive HR Business Partner, you will come in with a blank canvas to help reshape historical processes, implement a brand-new HR system, and establish robust structures across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
This is a highly rewarding, dynamic opportunity that offers an incredible launchpad for your career, including exposure to cross-border law and a clear path toward future progression.
Key Responsibilities
- ER & Union Relations: Act as the frontline lead on complex ER cases, managing redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, and building strong, constructive 1-on-1 relationships with SIPTU.
- Process & System Transformation: Help transition the Irish operations from paper/Excel to a brand-new HR System launching this summer.
- Stakeholder Management: Coach, upskill, and partner with local managers across multi-sites in Dublin, moving them away from HR dependency and toward self-sufficiency.
- Cross-Border Exposure: Manage employment law frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
- The Right Attitude: You come with a "blank canvas" mindset. You don’t say, "well, this is how traditional HR is done"- instead, you look at the unique landscape and find practical solutions.
- Grit & Stamina: Works well under pressure. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Solid ROI Employment Law: Strong knowledge of Irish employment law is essential with WRC experience being a plus.
- Mobility: Based in Dublin City Centre (or easily commutable). A full clean driving license is required.
- Background: Experience in fast-moving industries such as Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, or not-for-profit organisations.
What’s in It for You?
- Autonomy & Trust: You will have full backing to make decisions, pitch new ideas, and truly own your space.
- Unrivaled Flexibility: Initially 3 days on-site/traveling for the first 6 months to forge relationships.
- Guaranteed Growth: Clear trajectory to step up and cover broader regional responsibilities as you progress.
- Compelling Perks: Company credit card for travel/expenses, structured salary reviews, and a supportive, collaborative wider team network.
