Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and requires 2 days onsite per week

Our Cork based client is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and optimization of digital services across the organisation’s customer-facing platforms. The role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring digital solutions meet customer needs, business goals, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a digital product roadmap aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Use market trends, competitor insights, and customer data to guide prioritisation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, and enhancing digital products.
  • Oversee delivery, updates, and lifecycle decisions, ensuring effective communication across the business.
  • Conduct research to understand customer behaviours and evolving industry trends.
  • Use feedback and data analytics to inform product improvements.
  • Work closely with risk, compliance, and security teams to ensure digital products meet regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Integrate risk-management features into digital solutions where relevant.
  • Partner with teams such as IT, operations, customer service, and claims to ensure smooth product integration and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Set KPIs for digital products and monitor performance.
  • Drive data-driven optimisation and ensure business cases align to measurable outcomes.
  • Support long-term digital visioning (3–5 year horizon).
  • Lead agile product processes and coordinate with project management on delivery timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate progress and product decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Manage relevant product budgets in partnership with finance.
  • Advocate for customer needs through research and feature prioritisation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital or product management.
  • Strong UX understanding; experience with customer-facing digital products.
  • Advantageous experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service sectors.
  • Skilled in backlog management, writing epics/user stories, and running workshops.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
