As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Supply Chain Project Manager. Please note this is a hybrid position and can be worked either from Cork or Dublin. The successful candidate will join a high performing team that delivers strong support to the wider Supply Chain network in a fast paced & dynamic environment. A key requirement of the role involves operating at a Senior Level in the Supply Chain Development team, creating partnerships across the Supply Chain network and the wider business to drive the achievement of Lowest Cost / Cost Optimal & Growing Good Business. This role requires excellent, understanding of Supply Chain warehouse and transport operations and a keen interest in system/operational process design. What you’ll be doing: The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively identifying and initiating Supply Chain improvement projects.
- Supporting strategic automation and business transformation projects
- Representing Supply Chain and project initiatives at a senior supply chain and cross functional level
- Working cross functionally to understand wider business needs and the key role Supply Chains play.
- Supporting warehouse / layout / process design including fit out of new facilities.
- Identifying and researching warehouse automation and advanced transport technologies.
- Supporting and enabling operational teams on tactical improvement projects.

- Strong record of supporting process improvement and system/automation projects in Musgrave or externally
- Strong Communication, presentation & Influencing Skills
- Evidence of continuous improvement skills e.g. lean qualifications.
- Ability to influence teams across the business.
- Ability to work to structured deadlines and project management disciplines.
- Growth mindset & behaviors consistent with Musgrave Values & Guiding principles.
- Exhibits the drive to develop further through continuous professional and experiential learning.
