Sales Development Representative – Galway, Ireland

Established over 10 years ago, our client is fast-growth software company providing a range of solutions to the social care space. Recognised as part of Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50, they have gone from strength to strength since their inception and are now turning over north of £10M annually.

They are now looking to grow their new business team; the Sales Development Representative opportunity is a key role in generating new leads for the organisation with great progression routes through to Business Development Manager and beyond.

This is an office-based role whilst in probation period. After successful completion of probation, the role will be two days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify & prospect potential clients across across the care sector
• Build a long-term pipeline & list of target accounts
• Assess customer & product fit whilst building meaningful relationships
• Collaborate closely with the wider sales team, booking prospective client meetings with Business Development Managers & senior members of the sales team
• Maintain strong knowledge of the product & benefits provided to customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities

The Successful Candidate

• 6+ months B2B or B2C sales experience is ideal, but candidates who are looking to move into a sales role will also be considered
• Any link to the care / healthcare space would be a plus, but is not essential
• Commutable to Galway daily whilst on probation

Sales Development Representative Package

• Basic salary: €30,000-35,000
• OTE: +€10,000 (uncapped)
