We’re hiring: Financial Controller – Castle Gypsum
Castle Gypsum is looking for an experienced, hands-on and commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function in a growing business backed by the stability of an established group.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, building strong financial processes, providing meaningful insight to senior leadership, and supporting a business as it scales.
The role will involve:
- Managing day-to-day finance operations
- Preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
- Supporting project costing and commercial analysis
- Strengthening systems, processes and controls
We’d love to hear from qualified accountants or experienced finance leaders who are proactive, commercially aware, confident working with senior stakeholders, and comfortable in a hands-on role.
