Role Description

Do you love talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals?

We’re on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Residential Sales Agent to help clients buy and sell properties mainly in the Dublin/Greater Dublin area. This isn’t just about selling properties — it’s about helping people find their dream home, making the process as smooth as possible, and enjoying the buzz of Ireland’s fast-moving property market. You'll be instrumental in shaping the Residential Sales Department from the ground up and growing revenue.

What we are looking for:

• A self-starter who’s excited by the idea of building and growing a new business line.
• Someone with sales experience (property sales a bonus, but not essential if you’ve got the drive).
• A confident communicator who loves meeting new people.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to hit (and beat) targets.
• Knowledge of the Irish property market is a plus.
• Holder of a valid PSRA licence
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and have access to your own transport.
