The Firm has built strong client connections through personalised service, sectoral expertise, and deep engagement, helping individuals and families build and retain wealth, transition assets, and optimize opportunities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Financial Planning, provide support and assist with client engagement and compliance with regulatory and professional requirements. The opportunity for unrestricted career progression is open for the appropriate candidate.
Responsibilities
- Sales support service to the Head of Financial Planning.
- Support the Financial Planning team by promptly addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Online input of client proposals and follow up with Life Companies to ensure policies are in force.
- Compliance Procedures ensuring that regulatory guidelines, procedures and internal controls are followed.
- Developing and managing close working relationships with insurance providers, clients, and other staff members of the O’Neill Foley Accountancy Firm.
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the daily pipeline, ensuring all workflow processes are implemented along with day-to-day administration.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years’ administration experience in the financial services industry.
- APA and/or QFA Qualification and experience in operations, ideally in a brokerage.
- Experience of the Omni broker (B.I.S.) Financial Planning CRM system.
Required Skills
- Exceptional client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in using technology.
- Organisational skills, experience of managing time effectively, focusing on priorities, targets and deadlines.
- The ability to promote and implement processes for improvement.
- A desire to learn, a proactive approach and the ability to research information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
