Mortgage Specialist

Mortgage Specialist (U.S. Mortgage) We are a U.S.-based lending company hiring a **full-time Mortgage Specialist** to work remotely. You MUST have prior experience working with U.S. mortgages. If you do not have direct experience with U.S. loans, please do not apply. This is a long-term position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and understands how the U.S. loan process works from application to submission. **Work Schedule - Night Shift**

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
• Full-time only (no side jobs during working hours)

**Responsibilities**

• Mortgage Specialist with U.S. mortgage loans
• Review borrower documents (income, tax returns, bank statements, credit reports, etc.)
• Complete and prepare loan applications and required forms
• Submit complete loan packages to lenders
• Organize and maintain digital loan files
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. lending standards
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Handle end-to-end mortgage documentation, verification, and compliance review.

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Specialist with U.S. mortgage loans
• Able to use the Encompass system
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience submitting loan files to lenders
• High attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple files at once
• Stable high-speed internet
• Quiet home office setup
• Must provide U.S.-based professional references (since you will handle sensitive financial information)

**Experience with business or personal loans is a PLUS.** **Compensation**
