More information at www.orona-mwl.ie We are looking for an Service Supervisor to join our Service Team based in our Limerick Office on a Permanent basis. As a Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day activities of our service engineers and field technicians. This position requires you to oversee the planning and coordination of all service activities and act as key contact between customers and the rest of the service team. You Will Be Responsible For
- Oversee the daily management and coordination of service engineers and field technicians.
- Establish and plan engineers' routes, optimising for productivity and minimising travel times.
- Schedule and plan maintenance visits, ensuring alignment with customers and engineers.
- Manage isolated lifts to ensure minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
- Respond to call-outs, review troubled lifts, follow up with clients, and communicate solutions to resolve issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the service team.
- Support the Orona Account Manager in identifying improvement and repair opportunities for customers.
The Ideal Candidate
- While prior experience coordinating a team is beneficial, we will provide comprehensive training as needed. Previous experience in service operations or a technical field is a plus.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks/activities .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, relevant information.
- A friendly and approachable personality, able to build rapport and put others at ease.
