We're hiring a high-impact Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a dynamic and fast-paced data center. This is not your standard admin role—it’s a critical operations partner position for someone who thrives in complex environments and leads with precision and proactiveness.

The Offer:

Competitive salary of €70,000 pa

Role will start on an initial 11-month contractHybrid working: onsite 3 days per week at Dublin offices

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end calendar, travel, and expense management for multiple directors
• Driving logistics and execution of team meetings, leadership visits, and site events
• Delivering seamless admin and operations support across site operations and facilities
• Playing a key role in internal engagement, morale, and culture-building initiatives

You’re Built For This If You Have

• A proven ability to operate with autonomy, anticipate needs, and organize at scale
• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-moving environments
• Strong judgment and trustworthiness handling sensitive information
• Mastery of Google Suite or similar tools, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Bonus If You Bring

• Event planning or internal comms experience
• A people-first mindset and strong cross-functional relationship instincts
