Head of FinanceDublin | Hybrid (2 days per week)

After 25 years of building Principle HR, we're creating a new Head of Finance role to join our leadership team.

We're an Irish-owned recruitment business with offices in Dublin and London, partnering with leading organisations across Ireland and the UK. As we continue to grow and invest in the future of our business, we're looking for someone who wants to play a key role in what comes next.

As we continue to grow, we're also investing in the next phase of our business, including the development of an innovative B2B SaaS platform. We're looking for someone who wants to help build that future with us

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You'll take ownership of our finance function, oversee weekly UK & Ireland contractor payroll, strengthen financial reporting, improve commercial insight and work closely with our CEO and COO to help shape the future of the business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, enjoys improving systems and processes, and wants the opportunity to build something they can be proud of.

What we're looking for:

• A commercially minded finance professional who adds value beyond the numbers.
• Someone who enjoys working in a growing SME where every decision matters.
• Comfortable managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational finance.
• Experience building strong financial controls, reporting and commercial insight.
• A collaborative leader who values integrity, trust and doing things properly.

What we offer:

• €85,000 salary, Performance bonus, Healthcare, Pension
• Hybrid working (2 days per week in our Dublin office)
