Program Manager, Ad Tech & GTM Strategy

• Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
• Contract: 9 months (till March 2027)
• Salary: €100k - €118k pa

We're partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Program Manager to drive strategic Ad Tech and Go-to-Market initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery from planning through execution.
• Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies and project timelines.
• Support product launches, GTM programmes and business-critical initiatives.
• Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve execution.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years' experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy & Operations or similar.
• Experience within Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, Martech or a technology environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous and highly collaborative environments.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Google Ads, digital advertising products or the wider Ad Tech ecosystem.
• Experience supporting product launches or GTM programmes.
