Job Description & Summary The Client Account Administrator (CAA) will be a key member of the client service team. They will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Global Compliance Services (“GCS”) (SFS, Tax, IDT and Parallel Books) on the client accounts. They will be the project manager and the key point of escalation, working directly with Client service teams (‘CST’) in Ireland and overseas; to ensure that the GCS engagements are delivered on time. In addition, the role will include support to the Irish CST team with both global contracting and billing. Specific areas of responsibility: Planning of GCS work:
- Working with Irish CST to design an improved GCS timetable each year. Drafting of key milestones.
- Working with the Irish CST to obtain client and other stakeholder buy-in.
- Work towards leading overseas territory planning calls to ensure key issues are identified, addressed and followed up.
- Obtain and collate statutory filing requirements.
- Works with CST on budgeting aspects and agreeing global budgets for the GCS deliverables.
Ongoing management of GCS deliverables:
- Primary contact for overseas PwC offices to supervise the timely delivery of all SFS and CIT packs. Primary point of escalation for clients as well as local PwC territories. Suggesting solutions where issues arise.
- Organise calls with overseas offices where required.
- Weekly updating of GCS tracker for clients for weekly GCS meeting.
- Attend regular meetings with the clients to provide updates on the progress of key milestones and any issues arising.
- Primary driver of weekly GCS meeting follow ups with the client.
- Managing of the on boarding of new territories and entities for Global compliance services.
Administration:
- Ongoing work to ensure relevant contracting and billing arrangements are in place for each territory, that SOWs are in place where required and that foreign territories are provided with the relevant information to ensure contracting does not give rise to delays with delivery.
- Assists with management of all financial procedures relating to engagement time and expense costs and billing.
- Manages own and client documents effectively using paper and electronic filing.
Project Management:
- Co-ordinates and assists in preparation of materials for quarterly business review / work summaries for clients.
Relationships
- Builds strong relationships with both PwC and Client stakeholders.
- Attends GCS client meetings and acts as key point of contact for the PwC CST.
- Builds strong relationship with the global PwC network, sharing and gathering data where necessary in relation to independence, fees etc.
- Acts as a key team player within the PwC internal structure from staff level through to Engagement Leaders.
Research:
- Updates team on relevant business and industry news and issues.
- Collates and analyses information from a wide range of media for distribution to team.
- Is proficient in using the internet and other external media.
Education /work experience: Prior work experience of 1-2 years (ideally from an administrative/analytical background from within corporate/professional services environment). Skills:
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; proactively identifies and suggests possible project strategy improvements.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels within PwC and within the client's organisation.
- Experience of analysing financial or statistical data and is numerate and analytical, takes pride in delivering accurate and thorough work.
- Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
