Our client is currently seeking a Senior PMO Scheduler.
What You'll Deliver
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support Project Leads/Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities from initiation through completion.
- Manage resource loading and demand forecasting, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project communication.
- Process schedule change requests and maintain project schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extensive experience scheduling technical or operational project portfolios.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools; Planview experience preferred.
- Experience supporting operational projects rather than capital projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze resource capacity, demand forecasting, and project performance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
