About Your New Job

As a Senior Civil Engineer,youwill:

  • Lead and promote design excellence across a diverse range of projects, providing sustainable engineering solutions to our clients.
  • Independently manage multiple projects from concept design through to construction contract administration and project handover, requiring minimum Director-level intervention.
  • Plan and allocate project resources, mentor and develop team members, and ensure full compliance with the companys Quality Management System and Health & Safety standards.
  • Focus on client relationship managementretaining existing business and generating new opportunities is a core responsibility.
  • Participate in company strategy planning and execution, with the prospect of moving into an Associate Director role upon achieving agreed targets.
What Skills You Need
  • Level 8/9 Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng, MIEI/MICE, or equivalent).
  • At least 8 years postgraduate experience, preferably in consulting.
  • Experience in master-planning and delivering roads and services infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency with the Design Manual for Urban Roads & Streets.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Commercially astute, with budget management experience.
  • Ability to produce high-quality project reports.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
