🚀🚀 Senior Technical Project Manager | Pharma / Digital Manufacturing12-Month Contract | €€€€ Compeitive per hour | [Limerick / Hybrid]

We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT and digital systems initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong technical delivery capability with Agile leadership and an understanding of GxP, validation and data integrity requirements.

You will lead projects spanning digital manufacturing, cloud, enterprise systems, integrations, automation and continuous improvement initiatives—working closely with IT, Engineering, Quality, Operations, CSV and external delivery partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT systems and digital transformation projects

• Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives

• Manage scope, plans, budgets, RAID, dependencies and senior stakeholder reporting

• Coordinate technical, Quality, business and vendor teams in a regulated environment

• Support validation, testing, audit-ready documentation, go-live and BAU handover

• Identify opportunities to improve resilience, automation, system performance and operational efficiency

What we are looking for:

• Strong Technical Project Management experience in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech or another regulated industry

• Experience delivering cloud, systems integration, enterprise applications, MES, automation or digital manufacturing projects

• Practical Agile experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools

• Understanding of GxP, CSV, validation, data integrity and regulated documentation

• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical teams, Quality, Operations and senior leadership

• Azure, AWS, MES, ERP, data platform or integration experience would be a strong advantage

This is not a purely administrative PMO role. It is a hands-on delivery position with real ownership, technical exposure and visibility across a major Life Sciences programme.
