A leading provider of services across multiple sectors is seeking a proactive and organised HR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, friendly environment that values collaboration and professional development. The role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Salary: €35,000-€38,000 DOE

Location: Park West (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage job postings on the company HR system and screen applications.
  • Coordinate interviews (online and in-person) and liaise with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including reference checks, contract issuance, system setup, and coordination with payroll.
  • Prepare workstations and IT equipment for new starters, and provide a welcoming first-day experience.
  • Maintain HR records, follow up on documentation, and support managers with probation and performance processes.

HR Administration & Support:

  • Act as a first point of contact for staff queries and provide general HR support.
  • Conduct regular visits to company sites to engage with employees.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislation.
  • Track and update employee records, including holiday balances, and support reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Create and distribute internal communications, such as quarterly staff newsletters.
  • Provide ongoing support to the HR Manager and contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 1+ years' of HR experience.
  • Experience in an HR roles in the hospitality industry is an advantage. v
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence over the phone and in-person.
  • Well organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in HRIS/ATS systems; Canva experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media and presentation/report preparation is beneficial.
