Human Resources Business Partner

A growing organisation specialising in ophthalmic and healthcare services is seeking an experienced HR Partner / HR Business Partner. As a leading healthcare provider committed to innovation, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement, the organisation is expanding its team and is now looking to appoint an HR Partner to support its growing national operations.

Salary & PackageLocation: Waterford (on-site) with regular travel across Ireland

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €60,000 – €85,000 annually (depending on experience)

Travel: Subsidised travel and on-site parking

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted HR partner to clinical and operational leaders
• Managing complex employee relations and performance cases
• End-to-end recruitment for clinical and support functions
• HR policy development and compliance with Irish employment law
• Supporting engagement, culture, and organisational development initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role or as a HR Partner
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
