As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences.

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area is clean and tidy
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
• Food safety certification is desirable
• Understanding of Irish hospitality traditions would be advantageous
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
