An established international shipping and maritime operations company is seeking an Expense Administrator to join its Dublin-based operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business with a strong reputation, modern fleet operations, and a collaborative international working environment. You will play a key role in the financial and operational cost control of vessels trading worldwide. The position involves close coordination with international offices and internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities Include

  • Detailed review of port disbursement accounts and vessel-related expenses
  • Assisting with vessel cost control, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Monitoring cash-to-master accounts
  • Managing third-party invoicing (owners/charterers)
  • Producing and circulating financial and operational reports
  • Supporting cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, and KYC when required
  • Analysing financial data and reports using various criteria and systems

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international or multinational environment
  • Background in cost control, finance, or accounting is a strong advantage
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of invoices and data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
