HR Generalist

Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

About the Role

Sanderson is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our international client on a perm basis in a key role within the HR Business Partnering COE. You will provide vital support to Strategic Business Partners across multiple business units. You will have strong HR operational experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships across the business. This role offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities; employee relations, data analytics, recruitment support and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR trackers, monitor retention and attrition, track probation periods, and ensure data integrity.
  • Employee Relations: Act as first point of contact for employees, support line managers with performance improvement plans, and assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate job requisitions, internal transfers, and onboarding processes.
  • Absence Management: Manage sick leave certifications, annual leave reports, and return-to-work processes.
  • Workforce Administration: Oversee onboarding, probation, leaver processes, and redundancy support.
  • Employment Law Compliance: Maintain knowledge of employment legislation and statutory leave requirements.
  • HR Policy & Training: Deliver training on HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Reward & Global Mobility: Support processes related to job grades, benefits, visas, and relocations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Payroll.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in HRM / HRD or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office).

Desirable:

CIPD membership or willingness to work towards it.
