Field Sales Manager

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Manager primarily based in the Waterford Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Field Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting product presentations, training customers on product applications, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. The role requires frequent travel to client sites within the region. Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, territory management, and client relationship building
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the construction, tiling, or sealing industry and familiarity with related products
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and sales objectives
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Comfort with hybrid working, combining on-site meetings with remote work responsibilities
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred but not required
