We're recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland's leading suppliers to the construction industry. This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing business where you'll receive full product training and build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, merchants and trade professionals across Ireland.

No construction experience? No problem. If you've got the right attitude, confidence and a genuine interest in developing business relationships, we'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll be speaking with trade customers, identifying opportunities, solving problems and becoming a trusted point of contact for your own portfolio of accounts.

You'll:

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, merchants and trade customers across Ireland.
• Prospect new customers through proactive outbound calls and warm business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own customer base from day one.
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
• Grow existing accounts through excellent service and regular contact.
• Learn a wide range of construction products so you can confidently advise customers.
• Work closely with purchasing, warehouse and external sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage your sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
• Play an important part in the continued growth of a well-established Irish business.
