Audit Director

Our client is a high-growth, PE-backed audit and advisory firm with an excellent reputation in the SME sector. Due to continued significant expansion of the firm, they currently seek to hire an additional Audit Director.

Reporting to an Audit Partner, the role will involve the following:

• Management of a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors
• Lead a team of qualified and trainee audit professionals
• Drive new business development of the Audit function and firm-wise where possible
• Partner with other directors and partners to deliver cross-functional solutions to clients
• Drive process improvements and system efficiencies
• Mentor, coach and play a key role in the recruitment of more junior auditors

This role will suit an ambitious ACA/ACCA with significant audit experience of Irish corporates and SME’s, within a medium or top tier practice.
