Stelfox is hiring an experienced Agile QA Test Lead for a leading client based in Dublin.

About the Role

You will act as a QA leader and Agile Quality Coach, embedded within fast-paced Scrum teams. As the sole QA representative, you will champion quality practices, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Agile QA/Test Coach to improve product quality
• Serve as the primary QA within Scrum teams
• Coach teams on exploratory testing, risk-based testing, and test design
• Perform in-development and pair testing with engineers
• Lead QA process improvements and act as a change agent
• Monitor quality metrics and production outcomes
• Collaborate on test automation strategy and regression coverage
• Facilitate mob testing sessions for high-risk features
• Contribute to story refinement and estimation
• Identify and resolve defects, risks, and performance issues

Technical Skills

• Strong background in QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Solid understanding of test design and execution
• Experience with test automation strategies and coverage
• Experience working in a .NET / Microsoft environment (highly desirable)
• Mobile and tablet testing across multiple OS platforms
• Good SQL knowledge
