Stellaer 212 is an Irish Business Aviation Airline based in Dublin. With over 20 years of industry experience, we provide bespoke private aircraft travel to Irish clients across Ireland, the UK, and Continental Europe. Our services include managing, maintaining, crewing, and chartering Business Aviation aircraft.

Role Description

Stellaer 212 will add the Pilatus PC24 to the fleet later this month. As part of this expansion we are seeking applications for an Operations Control Duty Manager (OCDM). Reporting the Nominated Person Ground Operations (NPGO) The primary responsibility of the Operations Control Duty Manager (OCDM) is the management and supervision of the administrative arrangements involved in the operation of the Company's aircraft. This includes the overall supervision of the operations control administration, including crew control, flight watch and the safe and efficient tactical management of all aspects of the Company's ground operations.

Particular responsibilities are:

  • Carry out the duties as required to support, brief and assist the commander in dispatch of aircraft.
  • Co-ordinate day-to-day aircraft allocation and scheduling with all relevant parties.
  • Ensures optimum utilisation and aircraft resource is achieved to maintain punctuality cost effectively
  • Liaise with the sales department to assure efficient assets utilisation, crewing and schedule optimisation. 
  • Day to day supervision of the Operations Control function ensuring coverage of all aspects of Operations Control.
  • Responsible for any management tasks assigned by the NPFO/NPGO as required.
  • Responsible for reviewing operations and crewing issues and making informed decisions with regard to schedule disruptions, on-time performance and customer care.
  • Assisting crew with HOTAC and Ground Transport issues as they arise.
  • Ensure regular liaison with other departments and senior management in order to provide and gather up to date information on the day to day operation.
  • Ensure all Operations Control procedures are in compliance with mandatory regulations.
  • Manage 3rd party providers assuring safe and compliant delivery of SLAs
  • In conjunction with the NPFO/NPGO review internal systems and procedures, and introduce initiatives as required.
  • Support the NPFO in the design, delivery and update of the OM Suite and associated procedures.
  • Monitor entry and accuracy of operational data input into the operations management system.
  • Producing daily / weekly/ monthly reports and as directed by the NPFO/NPGO.
  • Manage disruptions to the flight schedule in conjunction with handling agents and other departments.
  • Oversee all flight planning issues with local ATC centres and EuroControl.
  • Ensure that all flight tracking data is accurately entered into the Ops system.
  • Liaise with dispatch regarding delays, cancellations and aircraft changes affecting crew.
  • Ensure that all flights have their correct crew complement and that all roster changes, amendments and notifications are advised in a timely manner.
  • Control and maintenance of all records, flight documents and data as required
  • Manage and maintain the company ERP Manual and activation process

Stellaer 212 commenced operations in September 2021 and are set to increase fleet and operations at our home base in Dublin Weston Airport. Today we operate a number of Pilatus PC-12s with additional on order, and we will commence operations on the Pilatus PC-24 Summer 2025. 

Primarily based out of Dublin Weston's Executive Aviation hub, we have aircraft based in London, and seasonally in the South of France.
