The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal time management. Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up documentation.
• Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages, and respond on behalf of executives when appropriate.
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
• Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic financial tracking.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to key documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and act as a liaison between executives and team members.
• Support project-related activities by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and preparing status updates.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and utmost integrity.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance administrative efficiency and executive productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional environment.
• Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents and interacting with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with office software, scheduling systems, and document management tools.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
