Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join their team. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting strategic HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational changes.
  • Support talent management processes, including recruitment, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices across HR functions.

Ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of experience with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role, in a busy SME within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.

Requires travel - Must have a car
