Our Carrickmines store is one of the flagship locations in the business, and we are now looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team.

Role Description

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full retail operation of our Carrickmines store. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring the store delivers best‑in‑class customer experience, sales growth, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership position that reports directly to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities;Leadership & People Management

• Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve store targets. 
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring strong communication, performance management, and adherence to company HR policies. 
• Plan monthly staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak periods. 

Sales & Performance

• Drive sales growth and deliver on all KPIs, ensuring strong conversion and P&L performance. 
• Analyse weekly sales reports and adjust strategy to maximise results. 
• Work closely with buying and merchandising teams to optimise stock levels and category growth. 

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Act as the local guardian of the 53 Degrees North brand, maintaining a premium store environment and consistent visual merchandising. 
• Ensure all customers receive best‑in‑class service and expert advice, fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere. 

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain full responsibility for stock control, including replenishment, storage, and seasonal changeovers. 
• Oversee cost control, income protection, and operational efficiency. 
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and store policies.
