What You Will Need

• At least 2 year of experience in any client facing role.
• An ambitious, growth-driven mindset
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus but not required.

Total Compensation (Average Performer)

• Year 1: €45,000+
• Year 2: €75,000+
• Base salary: DOE
• Commission: Uncapped, unlimited earning potential
• Top performers earn significantly above these figures
