Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin for an Automotive Service Advisor. The role requires managing and enhancing customer relationships, acting as the primary contact between clients and the service center. Key responsibilities include scheduling maintenance and repair appointments, providing detailed explanations of services, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Automotive Service Advisor is also expected to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while ensuring that vehicles are repaired and serviced efficiently. Qualifications
