Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from a varied range of industries.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the financial and legal sector. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and database management.
• Interviewing and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about the financial and legal industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.

What We Seek in You:

• Mandatory: 1-3 years of experience in ANY field, with at least one promotion or career progression
• Driven and Ambitious: Motivated to achieve targets and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient and Adaptable: Handles challenges with a positive attitude and quickly recovers from setbacks
• Strong Team Player: Contributes effectively to a supportive and cohesive team dynamic

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total Compensation year 1: on average €45k (commission is uncapped, so top performer earn much more!)
