Clinical Operations Manager (Hybrid 3 days on-site with flexibility - based in Dublin 14 - offering €60,000 to €75,000 DOE)

Our client is a growing healthcare services provider. They are entering an important growth phase and are now looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the service.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure, efficiency and clarity to how services are delivered. You will work very closely with the CEO and act as their right-hand person from an operations point of view.

What you will do:

• Run the day to day operations of clinical services
• Manage clinician schedules, rotas, capacity and bookings
• Improve clinical efficiency while supporting clinicians in their work
• Be the main contact for families, clinicians and external bodies
• Coordinate assessments and complex cases involving multiple stakeholders
• Track key metrics such as utilization, clinician revenue and margins
• Prepare weekly updates and reports for the CEO
• Help build the operations function over time, including admin and recruitment support
• Take a practical, hands-on approach to getting things done

Must have:

• Strong operational and organizational experience
• Comfortable working with numbers, margins and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable working in a small, and growing organization.
