Facilities Planner

Summary

This role is based at a client site in Munster. It is an on-site role and there are two primary deliverables. It is Regular Work Week Hours - Monday - Friday (Days)

• Facilities Maintenance Planning
• Asset Management.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Scheduling of routine maintenance (Monthly/Quarterly) and management of third party vendors in the delivery of this maintenance
• Maintenance of PPM records on shared files
• Working with project managers to add or retire assets as required
• Providing direction to vendors as needed to ensure compliance with company. Policies and procedures applicable to this service include
• KPI Management - providing regular updates to internal stakeholders & management.
• Process Improvement - Identification of opportunities for increased operational and cost efficiencies

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years experience working in Facilities Engineering/Planning
• Experience in Asset Management is desirable
• Systems Knowledge : Strong Excel Skillset required - experience in us of Tririga (or similar) would be desirable
• Great Attention to detail
• Strong Communication/Stakeholder Management Skills
