Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waterford. As the Motor Factor Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, develop and maintain customer relationships, and ensure effective team performance. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, driving business growth, and delivering excellent service while maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers and ensure availability of key products to meet customer demands.
