My Client is a leading FMCG Organisation who are market leaders on their category and due to continued success , are now looking to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity ! - as you will obtain invaluable exposure and learn from both the Country Manager and the Key Accounts Manager- who are great to work with ! it’s a small team overall but they have really established brands and the Irish Business is well recognised by European head office based in Germany.

I placed the Key Manager in the company ( she is fantastic !) and she really enjoys her role in the company and has been carrying out part of the supply chain role – and now they are looking to bring in someone who will 100% focus on the supply chain area.
The role will report to a Country Manager- who is a great guy with a wealth of FMCG experience. They have a collaborative approach and in this role you will get to work with the UK and European offices; be expected to put you own mark on the position. ** Attention to detail and the ability to work well with stakeholders is key to success. ** For any supply chain/ demand planner with 5- 6 years experience this is a must for consideration ! ( For this role, you must have either FMCG or Pharma domestic experience)
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- To lead & manage all aspects of the inbound, forecasting, availability & operations within Ireland across all categories.
- Support sales team develop strong relationships with key retailers with their supply chain teams.
- Play a lead role the sales team to improve forecasting and embed best practice share between A/C team and supply chain.
- Maintain all pricing for Ireland customers and products both standard and promotional. Ensure full alignment with customer pricing.
- Manage the end to end process for order to Cash, order management, Invoice process,
- Liaise with relevant parties to resolve any issues and maintain day to day flow of orders, invoices and payments from customers.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES (and supporting activities):
- Work with A/C managers & supply chain teamin HQ in Europe to deliver +99% service level annually.
- Responsible for sku level forecasting.
- Work with marketing to plan central adjustments for marketing campaigns.
- Lead and embed best in class forecasting process within sales.
- Take ownership of the forecasting system, ensuring its output and development are optimised (as and when such work is undertaken).
- Manage the Warehousing and Distribution partner with correct governance is in place to ensure delivery of KPI’s
- Work in partnership with central supply chain team to ensure 100% service level to Irish customers is achieved.
- Provide sales reporting across all time measures (daily, weekly etc)
- Leverage to build strong relationships with key retailers.
- Maintain all customer data and pricing data as advised by Sales team and price matching with customer systems
- Invoice process management- right first time and work with finance to ensure customer payments are on time and any queries are resolved efficiently
- Ensure all required processes are in place for Audit purposes,
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years FMCG / Retail experience in the supply chain area.
- Strong commercial; analytical and interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail is a must
- Strong Excel and Word skills is a must.
