The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team within the commercial laundry sector. This role involves supporting customers with equipment servicing requirements, resolving technical issues efficiently, and delivering a proactive and high standard of customer service.
You will respond quickly to customer enquiries and technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The position requires strong communication skills, good IT literacy, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
You will also be expected to take an enquiring and curious approach to learning, continually developing your product knowledge and technical expertise. Full product training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the commercial laundry industry, and/or knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements
- Ability to react quickly to resolve customer problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT literacy
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Confident and proactive approach to customer service
- Willingness to develop and enhance knowledge
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
- Good working knowledge of customers and their operational requirements
