At CitySwift, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, make a measurable impact, and grow professionally as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. Join us in shaping the future of public transport by driving the next phase of CitySwift’s growth.
About the Role
CitySwift is looking for a proactive and organised Demand Generation Manager with a strong background delivering measurable pipeline impact through Account Based Experiences (ABX). This is a hands-on role focused on planning and executing high-quality, multi-channel campaigns, including overseeing a busy events calendar.
Working closely with CitySwift's Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales teams, you will take ownership of day-to-day ABX campaign execution across a variety of channels - covering everything from initial research and setup through to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Contribute to quarterly campaign strategy and planning, aligned to ABX priorities and the events calendar.
- Build and launch multi-channel ABX campaigns, across organic social, paid social, events, outbound and industry/trade publications - ensuring coverage across core segments and markets.
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis, refreshing messaging, creative and audience targeting based on performance data and learnings.
- Draft campaign copy and brief on creative requirements.
- Produce performance reports covering company-level and ad/campaign-level engagement, sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor weekly budget pacing and flag or reallocate spend across segments and regions, as needed.
- Keep outbound messaging templates up to date with current product positioning, tailored to the relevant segment, region and persona.
- Monitor intent signals and flag moderate or high signals to Sales.
- Update the campaign calendar to ensure team-wide visibility of all active campaigns.
Events Management
- Own end-to-end management of owned and in-person events, using CitySwift’s Events Playbook as a foundation and improving it over time.
- Maintain the events calendar, researching new events and supporting evaluation and go/no-go recommendations to commercial leadership.
- Partner closely with Sales and the executive team to plan and execute all pre-event activity, including attendee outreach and social campaigns, to secure meetings ahead of each event.
- Manage event logistics including registration, team attendance coordination, stand rotas, on-site activation planning, and fringe events.
- Collect post-event feedback and review and report on performance against pre-defined success metrics.
- Track and maintain the events budget on an ongoing basis.
- Run bi-weekly events meetings with the broader team.
Key Skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in SaaS), with a focus on campaign execution and/or events management.
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including audience build, creative briefing, performance monitoring, and optimisation.
- Experience with other paid distribution channels a bonus.
- Familiarity with ABM/ABX principles and experience running multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise or mid-market audiences.
- Experience managing events end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, simple and compelling copy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read performance data and translate it into clear, actionable optimisations.
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships across the wider Commercial team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
We value, recognise and reward our people
- A role with real scope, where your impact is visible, your salary is reviewed as we grow, and there are career progression opportunities as the company scales and internationalises.
- Comprehensive health and life insurance through Laya Healthcare in Ireland and Aviva in the UK.
- Flexible working with hybrid working as the default in Ireland, core hours of 10am to 4pm, remote options depending on role and a work abroad programme of up to 6 weeks.
- 25 days annual leave from day one, increasing by half a day per year of service, plus company days off, a half day before public holidays and an end of year shutdown.
