Senior Financial Accountant – Aircraft Leasing | Dublin

Worked with aircraft leasing clients and keen to move into industry?

We’re working with a Dublin-based aircraft leasing platform who are looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant into their growing team. This is a great opportunity to step into a broad role with strong exposure across reporting, technical accounting, and commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly US GAAP reporting

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations (aircraft, debt, reserves, deposits)

• Support month-end close and post journal entries

• Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements

• Support technical accounting (IFRS & US GAAP)

• Ensure regulatory and compliance reporting (incl. CSRD)

• Assist with tax reporting and provisions

• Support budgeting and forecasting

• Liaise with outsourced providers and key stakeholders

• Contribute to process improvements and finance projects

• Manage bank accounts and cash activities

Core Competencies

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

• 2+ years’ experience (aircraft leasing exposure required)

• Strong GL and Excel skills

• High attention to detail and organisation

• Strong communication and stakeholder management

• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
