Job Type: Full-time Location: 5 days onsite About The Role We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of financial control, lead process improvement initiatives, and provide strategic decision-making support to drive business growth, efficiency, and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full accountability for all financial controls, including Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Taxation compliance.
  • Manage and oversee the billing process for our domestic customer base.
  • Instigate, drive, and execute strategic process reviews to continuously improve system efficiencies and reduce operational costs across the business.
  • Partner with key management personnel to identify operational efficiencies and streamline workflows across departments.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and high-level decision-making support to the senior management team.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and business analysis as required by Business Managers.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • ACCA / ACA / CPA qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar financial management role.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong people management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a sharp focus on internal controls, robust processes, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive drive to continuously upgrade systems, workflows, and professional skill sets.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced IT literacy, including expert-level Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) and experience with modern accounting software.
